The following members provide services in the areas of health, education, human rights, gender issues, labour issues, environmental issues, women’s issues, economic empowerment and youth empowerment.
Alliance Against AIDS (AAA)
The Alliance Against Aids is a community based, non profit, non governmental organization, which provides and advocates for ethical quality care and support for persons living with HIV (PWH) and their families and serves as a catalyst to purge discrimination surrounding HIV. The AAA adopts a human rights approach in fulfilling its role as an organization working for, and with, PWH and their families. The AAA believes that all PWH have a right to personal care and development, a right to confidentiality of their status and a right to equity in access to and quality of, services and that its strength as an organization lies in the people whom it serves as well as those committed to serving.
Belize Family Life Association (BFLA)
The Belize Family Life Association (BFLA) was established in 1985. BFLA is dedicated to the promotion and protection of sexual and reproductive health and rights. From it's seven centers throughout Belize, BFLA provides a range of sexual and reproductive clinical health services including pregnancy tests, STD diagnosis and treatment, early cancer (breast, prostate, cervical) detection, planning counselling and products, HIV counselling and testing and non-clinical services including youth empowerment through peer education, youth advocacy and leadership training and governance.
Belize Audubon Society (BAS)
The Belize Audubon Society (BAS) is a non-governmental membership organization dedicated to the sustainable management of Belize’s natural resources through leadership and strategic partnership with stakeholders in order to create a balance between people and the environment. BAS was established in 1969 and manages nine protected areas covering over 192,000 acres, on behalf of the people and Government of Belize. These protected areas include St. Herman’s Blue Hole National Park, Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary (Jaguar Reserve), Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary (Ramsar site), Guanacaste National Park, Halfmoon Caye Natural Monument (World Heritage Site), Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve, Blue Hole Natural Monument (World Heritage Site), Victoria Peak Natural Monument and Actun Tunichil Muknal Natural Monument
Belize Enterprise for Sustainable Technology (BEST)
Belize Enterprise for Sustainable Technology is a private, non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to improving and sustaining the economic and social well being of low income Belizeans. It’s goal is to create economic and social benefits for the poor and to increase the capacity for community based enterprises to sustain their own development.
Chairladies Fajina
Fajina" is a word used by the indigenous Mopan/Kekchi people meaning: Coming together in one place to work for the good of the community. The Fajina Craft Center was organized in October 1995 by the leaders of a village women’s group in Punta Gorda in order to cooperatively work and sell their traditional crafts and to generate income for sustainable livelihood.

Haven House Shelter for Battered Women
Haven House provides emergency shelter and other essential services to women who are survivors of domestic violence and their children. The women are offered the opportunity to rebuild their lives through counselling, assistance with job placement and transitional housing. The goal of Haven House is to contribute to the elimination of the cycle of domestic violence and gender-based violence in collaboration with other agencies and the community.

Sazani Associates
Established in 2005, is an international not-for-profit research and development organisation. It specialises in community engagement through participatory research, and the development of integrated programmes for rural development in the UK and overseas. Sazani Associates operates in the fields of socio-economic development, natural resource management and education. The office in Belize prioritizes youth development, education and climate change adaptation with a focus on rural women.Sazani Associates Belize currently operates from San Ignacio Town.
Youth Enhancement Services (YES)
YES is a registered NGO which has been operating in Belize since 1989, with a commitment to empower young women and girls to lead secure, independent and fulfilling lives. YES provides a range of services to meet the needs of young women in these challenging times. The Centre for Teenage Mothers in Belize City, the only such facility in the country, has been running for over 10 years.; a training centre for young women who for various reasons are not in main stream school. YES also offers an outreach and advocacy department, raising public awareness about issues affecting young women and girls in Belize through community based programs and lobbying.
Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA)
a national, non‐governmental, Christian organization committed to provide opportunities for the spiritual, intellectual and physical development of women and girls in Belize through education, training and service.
